The function of moisture-proof packaging bag and the material of the object to be packaged

Moisture absorption: its moisture content is low: the absorption of external moisture has an effect on the quality. Moisture-proof packaging bags can prevent moisture absorption products, such as drugs, cement, etc.
 
High moisture content: the quality of water loss will decline. Moisture loss can be avoided through moisture-proof bags, such as bread and cosmetics.

Ii. Hygroscopic articles
 
There are many kinds of hygroscopic packages. From the perspective of moisture-proof bags, they can be divided into the following three types:
 
 
1. Products with diluted isotherms
 
 
 
 
The product either absorbs moisture from the air or evaporates it into the air, increasing or decreasing the pigeon's moisture content. The proportion of this change decreases with the increase of time, and finally reaches the state of no longer hygroscopic or dehumidification. As long as the air temperature and humidity conditions do not change, the moisture content of the product will not change. Therefore, under certain temperature and humidity conditions, when the moisture content of the product is in balance with the external moisture content, the moisture content of the product is certain. At this moment the moisture that the product place contains calls balance moisture. At a given temperature, the higher the humidity in the air, the more water there is in equilibrium. The hygroscopic isotherm of the product can be obtained by plotting the relative humidity in a certain temperature drop environment against the equilibrium moisture of the product. The hygroscopic or dehumidifying isotherm is very important in the moisture-proof packaging to prevent hygroscopic or dehumidifying of the packaged product.
 
2. Products with balanced humidity
Chemical fertilizers, industrial drugs and other products with inorganic salts as the main component each have a certain degree of equilibrium humidity. Generally, the equilibrium humidity changes with the change of temperature, but the equilibrium humidity of salt at room temperature hardly changes with the change of temperature. For the packaged product with balanced humidity, when the external relative humidity is higher than the balanced humidity of the product, the product will absorb the moisture of the air, so that the air humidity of the packaging space tends to the balanced humidity of the product; When the relative humidity of the packaging space is lower than the equilibrium humidity of the product, the product will evaporate water into the air, so that the air humidity of the packaging space tends to the equilibrium humidity of the product.
 
3. Liquid products
For water solution or water emulsion products such as beverage and cosmetics, the relative humidity inside the packaging container can be as high as 90%-100%. This kind of product must carry on the moisture-proof packing, in case the moisture dissipates and affects the product quality.
 
Non-hygroscopic products
 
Such as glass, ceramics, metals are non - hygroscopic. Such products themselves do not contain moisture or moisture absorption, but some non-moisture absorption products also need moisture-proof packaging, especially metal products, from the purpose of rust, more need moisture-proof.
